Move or lengthen a block and every time after it recalculates. Vendors viewing the shared link see the updated schedule right away.
Do vendors need an account to view the timeline?
No. Vendors open a share link to see the current run of show. Only the person building the timeline needs an account.
Can I reuse a timeline for similar events?
Yes. On the Coordinator and Production plans you can save a timeline as a template and start future events from it.
Can more than one person edit the timeline?
On the Production plan, team members can share and edit timelines. On lower plans, one person edits and vendors view.
Does it send text alerts at each cue?
Not on its own. GigTimelinr keeps everyone on a shared, current schedule, but it does not send automatic text alerts at each block.
Is it only for weddings?
No. It works for any event that needs a tight run of show, including concerts, galas, conferences, and corporate events.
